Eligibility and respectful participation
SweatFam is currently available to adults age 18 or older in the United States. Youth access is not available in this release. You must provide accurate eligibility information and protect your account.
Only upload content you have the right and permission to share. Follow the Community Standards and respect other members’ control over their content and participation.
Your content and permission to provide the service
You retain any ownership rights you have in your photos, captions, comments and other content. Only share content you own or have permission to share and allow us to use as described here. Get appropriate permission before including other people or their private information.
By sharing content, you give Yeetum, LLC, the operator of SweatFam, limited, non-exclusive permission to host, store, make necessary copies of, resize, convert the format of, transmit and display that content to operate the service and share it with the audience you choose through your community memberships and sharing choices. Service providers acting on SweatFam’s behalf may perform these tasks only as needed to provide the service.
Authorized staff may access content when necessary to investigate reports and protect the safety of members or the service. That access is subject to the service’s access controls. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content or authorize its use for advertising or AI model training.
Reporting a copyright concern
If you believe content in SweatFam uses your work without permission, email support@sweatfam.app. Include your name and contact information, a description of your work, the content’s location or enough details to identify it, and an explanation of your concern and whether you own the rights or represent the rights holder.
You can also use Report in the app and describe the copyright concern. Reports are sent privately for authorized review, rather than posted to the community. The support inbox is available even if you cannot access the content or do not have a SweatFam account.
Organizer subscriptions
The organizer plan costs $4.99 per month or $39 per year on the web, and $7.49 per month or $59.99 per year in the native apps, in USD. For in-app purchases, the localized price shown in the store offer applies. Both options include up to three owned, non-archived communities of up to 10 members each. The plan renews automatically unless canceled through the purchase provider. Invited participation is free.
Provider-confirmed payment enables organizer entitlement. Canceled subscriptions retain access through the verified paid-through date. After a web subscription expires, a single seven-day recovery window may allow existing members to post; new invitations require active funding. Apple and Google subscriptions follow the store-confirmed paid or grace period and do not receive this separate web recovery window. Explicit refunds or revocations do not create an extra recovery window.
After recovery, posting pauses while reading history, export, deletion, support, and billing recovery remain available. Store billing must be managed through the originating store. Account deletion must not be assumed to cancel a store subscription.
Check-ins and informal agreements
Photos and attendance are self-reports, not proof of exercise or medical advice. Agreements require each participant’s explicit acceptance and can be withdrawn prospectively. Review outcomes record human decisions and correction history.
Monetary promises are disabled until separately approved. SweatFam does not collect participant promises, maintain balances, hold funds, or process payouts in the MVP. An informal promise is not represented as an enforceable debt.
Availability and launch status
This service is in launch preparation. Native store availability, approved production billing, youth access, and operational release acceptance remain separate gates. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted service, health outcomes, rankings, or financial savings.
