Camera first. Real life always.
Take one photo and optionally add a caption. Camera access is requested when you open capture. Check-ins use the live camera. Flip the camera or retake your photo before sharing with all your communities.
Uploads are limited to 10 MB. The server checks the actual file, normalizes images to a maximum 2048-pixel long edge, removes metadata, and creates a thumbnail before publication. Originals are temporary processing inputs.
Today becomes a memory
Published check-ins appear in Stories for 24 hours. Story expiry changes where a photo appears, not whether it exists. Photos stay in the private Memories timeline until the author deletes them.
All current community members may view permitted history, including photos from before they joined. Please only post people who are comfortable with that audience.
Your day counts once
An accepted check-in contributes one attendance day in your community’s timezone. Several photos on the same day still count as one day. Library and camera photos count equally as self-reports.
The server records the attendance date when a valid upload is completed, before processing. Offline drafts count when successfully submitted; a missed past day requires a correction request.
Your photo stays under your control
Edit your caption or delete your own check-in at any time. Deletion removes its photo and social content, withdraws its attendance contribution, and recalculates progress from remaining check-ins and approved corrections.
A subscription lapse does not delete memories. Reading, export, and deletion remain available when new posting is paused.
