Built around people you already know
Bring your household, close friends, long-distance siblings, or walking crew. Communities are invite-only and support 2–10 members. There are no public member profiles or public discovery feeds.
One adult leader manages each community. They can appoint approvers to help with correction requests, while everyone chooses and accepts their own goals and agreements.
One subscription, free participation
An organizer subscription supports up to three owned, non-archived communities. Invited members can participate without paying. You only need a subscription when organizing communities of your own.
Eligibility comes before community access
SweatFam is currently available to adults age 18 or older in the United States. Youth access is not available in this release.
An adult organizer is not automatically a teen’s parent or legal guardian. An invitation is not parental consent. Eligibility and any required consent stay private and are checked separately.
Make encouragement feel like encouragement
Members control reminders, quiet hours, blocks, and participation. You can leave a community immediately. Blocking hides the blocked person’s content for you and stops direct interactions; it does not rewrite historical attendance.
