Information used to provide SweatFam

The service uses account information such as your name, email, authentication connections, eligibility state, and timezone; community memberships and invitations; photos, captions, comments, reactions, goals and agreements; review history; preferences; and subscription status.

Age eligibility and any required consent are private. We do not offer health-sensor integrations, public profiles, direct messages, or participant wallets in this release. We do not use photos for face recognition.

Audience and service providers

Current authorized members can view permitted community history. Detailed review evidence is limited to authorized participants and reviewers. Safety reports have a separate restricted audience.

The implementation uses Cloudflare infrastructure, managed Postgres, Resend for email, authentication providers you choose, Stripe for web organizer billing, and Apple App Store and Google Play for native billing. Vendor and legal launch review remains an external release requirement.

Private by design

Private photos are delivered through authorized media paths. Private app responses and photos are not stored in the service worker cache. Upload drafts are stored locally only for the signed-in account, and cleared on sign-out or account change.

Operational telemetry must exclude photos, captions, invitation secrets, eligibility evidence, and private-screen replay. Public discovery measurement must not expose private community activity.

Product analytics

We use PostHog to understand which screens and features people use, active sessions, and the sign-in and organizer checkout steps. For signed-in accounts, analytics uses the internal account ID, display name, community role and counts, and organizer or free plan and subscription status supplied by our server.

Analytics does not include email addresses, photos, captions, comments, invitation codes, eligibility evidence, or full page URLs. Session replay and automatic interaction recording are disabled. The web app uses browser session storage to connect visits and count activity; it does not record the text you enter. Product analytics is separate from the private community content you share with members.

Deletion, export, and retention

You can export your information or request account deletion from You. Authors can delete their own check-ins at any time. Deletion revokes access and schedules deletion of originals, derivatives, social content, and associated queued work.

Minimal audit metadata may be retained to explain revisions and meet applicable obligations. Backup deletion and retention limits must be validated through a restore exercise and published before general availability; a fixed backup-erasure timeline is not yet promised. Deleting an account does not itself cancel a store-managed subscription.
