Support the person, not the performance
No harassment, threats, humiliation, hate, coercion, or body shaming. Do not pressure someone to share a photo, agree to a commitment, or exercise through pain. Goals should leave room for real life.
Protect people’s privacy
Post only content you are entitled to share. Ask permission before including someone else. Do not share intimate content, identifying documents, or another person’s private information. Do not repost private community content publicly without appropriate permission.
Keep the space safe
Sexual exploitation of children, grooming, sexual content involving minors, violent threats, and illegal activity are prohibited. Do not evade blocks or use invitations to spam people.
Report concerns through the in-app controls. Content may be withheld or removed, and access restricted, when necessary for safety. Moderation decisions can be raised through support.
Keep agreements voluntary
Never accept terms for someone else or represent a personal promise as a verified debt. Use the review process for an honest correction. Do not use captions or terms to collect money, promote participant payouts, or evade disabled monetary features.
