Request the correction

Open Community, then Reviews, and request a missed-attendance correction for a date in the preceding seven days. Explain what happened. Offline drafts do not silently backfill past dates.

Let someone eligible consider it

An eligible leader or approver reviews the request and records a reason. The requester and affected member cannot decide their own case. Another member can provide an attestation, which is a statement rather than an approval.

Understand an unresolved request

Some small-group disputes have no independent eligible reviewer. The correct state is unresolved, not automatic approval. In a pair, the other person can approve a missed-log request when the requester and affected person are the same.

Keep the history clear

An approved correction updates attendance and any affected recap. An affected member can appeal within seven days of a decision; a different eligible reviewer must consider it. Changes add history instead of replacing the previous decision.
